Couch to 5K

Totley AC are pleased to announce our 3rd 9 Week Couch to 5K Course.
The plan involves 3 runs a week, with a day of rest in between, and a different schedule for each of the 9 weeks. Totley AC run leaders will support you through the 9 week programme which involves 1 group session every Monday and 2 sessions each week that you will do independently.
The course is open to everyone from complete beginners to those returning to running and wanting to build up to 5K. Over 18s only. Participants should be fit and well in order to participate. If you have any health concerns about beginning an exercise regime like Couch to 5K, make an appointment to see a GP and discuss it with them before applying.
