We will be starting at the entrance to Endcliffe Park on Hunter's Bar Roundabout - not our usual start in Millhouses Park! 🎄A running group for those looking to improve on their 5k to 10k running abilities in a friendly and supportive environment.
Sessions are a mix of long runs, split runs, intervals, fartlek, hills etc.
