Sessions take place every Monday evening. In the winter we<\/strong> meet at the bus stop next to Waggon & Horses at Millhouses – Google map location<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the clocks go forward we will meet outside the cafe in Millhouses Park.

These sessions are perfect for those looking to improve their 5k to 10k time and distance abilities. Sessions will be a mix of long runs, split runs, intervals, fartlek, hills etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All runs will be concentrate on building endurance but some will include tempo (sections at a steadier pace), fartlek (faster intervals) or the Sheffield favourite Hills!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
