We normally have at least two groups &#8211; a social group and a fast group. Open to all &#8211; no need to book, just turn up&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meet under the lights in the Hammer &amp; Pincers car park by 6.30pm. There is loads of free on-street parking around this area. The runs are sometimes boggy, often muddy, and always hilly<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>This section updated 3rd September 2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Beginner group (usually between and 60 and 90 minutes, jogging pace)<\/strong>. Perfect for those who can do a slow 10k on the road but would like to start fell running and those who would simply like to increase their off-road running confidence.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Middle group (around 1.5 hours and around 12km to 13km)<\/strong>. Perfect for those who love off-road running and simply want to get out onto the moors for a run in the evening with friends<\/li><li><strong>Faster group (about 1.5 hours and up-to 13km &#8211; 15km \/ often up-to 450m accent)<\/strong>.
