Yes. On Tuesdays & Thursdays there are usually 3 groups, each with a different running pace. Sunday runs at 9.30 consist of one group at a gentle pace. |

If you feel 1 hour 20 mins is currently too much, but could be worked up to, contact Neil who is offering to take people out for shorter runs in the Peak District on a Saturday. |

No, members will always stop and run back at frequent intervals. |
| Question | What type of terrain do you run on? |
Answer |
During the winter we mainly run on the road, with a small group choosing too go off road with head torches. There is also usually a speed/hill session on a Thursday. |
| Question | Do I have to join straight away, and how much does it cost? |

You do not have to join immediately you start running with Totley. Obviously you need to try us out for a couple of training sessions and see how you get on. However, if you like running with Totley and wish to continue, then you must join the club. The cost is £10.00 per year and family membership is £15.00.. The membership offers a quarterly club magazine, discount at keep on running, subsidised social events etc. Please download a membership form from here if you are interested. |

There were showers available, on Club nights, in the club hut. Unfortunately we now need a new club hut and are busy fundraising and getting permission for a new hut to be built. Unfortunately, the showers may not return until this new hut has been finished. |
| Question | Do I have to wear any special clothing? |

Bring a dry top to change in to after the run and it is also a good idea to carry a windproof top in case it turns cold or you get injured. During the winter months, all runners must wear a reflective top |
